MONTREAL POETS ENDRE FARKAS & CAROLYN MARIE SOUAID READ OCTOBER 2, 2009!

LEAGUE OF CANADIAN POETS READING

ENDRE FARKAS, born in Hungary, escaped with his parents during the 1956 Hungarian uprising and settled in Montreal. He has 9 books of poetry, his latest, quotidian fever; new and selelcted poems from The Muses Company. He has also published plays and is exploring collaborative performance with poet Carolyn Marie Souaid.

CAROLYN MARIE SOUAID is a Montreal based poet with 6 titles to her credit. She is an editor, book reviewer and produced Circus of Words, a multilingual cabaret celebrating the theatre of poetry. Her most recent collection is Paper Oranges from Signature Editions.
