MARCH 5, 2010: EASY WRITERS
Seven North Islanders make up the eclectic dynamic group known as Easy Writers. A " One Sweet Ride" performance is just that--one sweet ride through poetry, storytelling, monologues and satire. Readers will be Dianne Clarence, David Fraser, Harvey Jenkins, Judith Millar, Cindy Shantz, Pat Smekal and Fran Thiessen.
MARCH 12, 2010: MICHAEL TURNER and Camosun Students
Michael Turner is an award winning author of fiction; his books include Hard Core Logo, The Pornographer's Poem, 8x10.
Three Camosun students will read new work.
MARCH 19, 2010: RICHARD LEMM
Richard Lemm, teaches creative writing at the University of PEI and has written 4 books of poetry, the latest is Burning House from Wolsak & Wynn.

MARCH 26, 2010 MICHAEL BOND and MICHAEL KENYON
Michael Bond, Planet Earth Poetry regular, Irishman , poet and house painter, reads new poems.
Michael Kenyon lives in Vancouver and Pender Island, where he is a therapist. He was a taxi driver in Victoria for many years. His novel, Beautiful Children, was published by Thistledown. His latest book of poetry, The Last House, is from Brick Books.
