Dean Fortin and Wendy Morton, at the beginning of the 2008-09 season of Planet Earth Poetry at the Black Stilt, a fundraiser for Doctors without Borders.
A wonderful evening, Wendy! Fine poems and an enthusiastic audience. It was great to see that Dean and Chris are eager poetry-lovers--all politicians should be! It is important, especially these days, to recognize how the "ordinary people" love the arts. Here's to a year of more great Planet Earth Poetry evenings. Barbara
The reading series happens at The Moka House, #103-1633 Hillside Avenue, Victoria, B.C., Canada, V8T 2C4,
