The reading series happens at The Moka House, #103-1633 Hillside Avenue, Victoria, B.C., Canada, V8T 2C4, (250) 370-2077 FRIDAYS, 7:30 P.M., $3 at the door. It is a launching pad for the energies of writers and poets established and not. It is a place where words are most important. A venue in which all manner of poets and writers are welcome; a place for excellence, innovation, collaboration, diverse projects and experiments. The event starts Fridays at 7:30 PM. The format will include an open mike and a featured artist. Visiting writers are encouraged to contact Yvonne Blomer at planetearthpoetry at gmail dot com to arrange a reading.

Shoot! I return to Victoria, from Edmonton, the morning of the 15th. Who are the featured readers? I miss Planet Earth poetry. My summer months have largely been spent on a construction site, ten to fourteen hours every day, with little energy remaining for anything else. I look forward to rejuvination!
